The Duraturn tire factory is a modern, state of the art facility utilizing the top tire manufacturing equipment from around the world. Included in the process of manufacturing tires are building machines from Holland, component cutting machines from Germany, calendaring equipment from Italy as well as rubber mixing banbury equipment from Japan. Teaming all of these with end of line quality control components from the United States, the factory utilizes the best equipment and technology to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Duraturn’s quality management system is built around ISO/TS 16949. Consistent training and retraining in order to reduce loss and variances help control costs and quality. In addition, all facilities employ environmental policies consistent with manufacturing tires at the lowest possible energy usage level.

Duraturn’s Research and Development (R&D) team is focused on designing product lines that meet the needs of various consumers and markets around the world. Product lines that deliver low rolling resistance and higher fuel savings are being developed that help contribute to a greener environment.
